A brief introduction to the Bangladesh People’s Party-BPP chairman Mohammad Babul Sardar Chakhari
Md. Babul Sardar Chakhari was born on 23 November 1965 in a respectable Muslim family of Madar Kati village under Banaripara upazila of Barisal district. His father’s name was Alhaj Md Ismail Sardar and his mother Mosammat Aasia Begum. Mr. Md. Babul Sardar Chakhari Movement struggle to see the liberation war entered the education life. So he participated in politics without knowing himself from school life. As soon as college began to enter his career, he got involved in national politics.
In the politics, he used to always try to lead national politics as a leader. He was elected as the central vice president of BCL in 1986. In 1990, he served as the president of the Youth Party. In 2001 the Jatiya Party became a member of the central executive committee.
In 2006, he was elected a member of the National People’s Party-NPP Presidency, and in the year 2017 he served as the acting chairman of the National People’s Party-NPP. He formed the Bangladesh People’s Party-BPP in 2018 and he was elected chairman of the Bangladesh People’s Party-BPP.
He is also involved in various social organizations. He is serving as the president of Sher-e-Bangla Smriti Sangsad, President of Salah Smriti Sangsad as a regular social worker. He is currently serving as an adviser in the daily Ekushey Baani National Daily.
Md. Babul Sardar Chakhari has been successfully running his business company Shima Traders, Jifa Traders, Chakhari Traders.
